Works With Words provides grant and proposal development for educational, social service, and art non-profit organizations. We have developed successful federal, foundation, and governmental grant proposals.

Our mission is to be the bridge between grant funders and grant seekers. As your partner in grant and proposal development, the Works With Words team will dedicate itself to helping your organization meet its funding and programmatic needs.

We take a personal approach to grant writing. Our first priority is to establish a good working relationship with you. We’ll arrange a time to discuss your mission, vision, programs, budget, and funding goals and identify the best way for us to work together. Our team includes a research specialist who can research funding options from foundation, government, and independent databases and sources.

We are experts at understanding and meeting funding guidelines. We assign a team member to be your primary contact; create a strategy for success; develop a project timeline and checklist; produce articulate and persuasive content for all grant components; assist with budget development and letters of support as needed; and fully meet other funder guidelines.
